Coast Laser Creations – Return & Refund Policy
At Coast Laser Creations, every piece is made just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we unfortunately can’t accept returns on personalized items. That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Issues with Your Order?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at coastlasercreations@gmail.com within 30 days so we can help.
How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact us at coastlasercreations@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos, if possible.

Step 2: If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Please don’t send items back without approval.
What Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalised items unless they are defective or damaged.
Getting a Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. We’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days if it is. If it's taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out.
